Crystals and gemstones are beautiful collectibles and keepsakes. The meanings we share come from tradition, history and the experience of crystal lovers and Reiki practitioners. They are offered for enjoyment and education only.

• Crystals are not a medical treatment and do not replace care from a licensed health or mental health professional.
• There is limited scientific evidence for crystal healing, and we cannot promise any result.

3.Natural variation, treated stones and authenticity

Gemstones and wood are natural materials, so every piece is unique. Colour, pattern, size, weight and bead count vary, and may differ from the photos on our site.

Some stones are dyed, heat-treated, stabilized, reconstituted or man-made, and some product names are trade names that describe a stone's look rather than its exact mineral type. If you want to confirm the origin or treatment of a specific stone, please ask us before you buy. We are not able to guarantee a gemological certificate for any item unless we state so on the product page.

Bracelets are sized by measurement, so please check our sizing tips. Handmade and made-to-measure items can vary slightly from the sample shown.

4.Essential oils and fragrance oils

Information about our oils is for personal knowledge and is not medical advice. These simple safety tips apply to every oil, and the list is not complete. If you are unsure, our team or a certified aromatherapist will gladly help.

• For external or aroma use only. Do not swallow essential oils or fragrance oils.
• Keep away from flames, and out of reach of children and pets.
• Essential oils are concentrated. Dilute them in a carrier oil before applying to skin, unless the product is sold as a ready-to-use blend such as our roll-ons.
• Patch test on a small area first and stop use if you notice irritation or a reaction.
• Avoid your eyes, mouth and broken skin.
• Citrus oils such as bergamot can make skin more sensitive to sunlight, so avoid direct sun on the area after use.
• Fragrance and essential oils can trigger allergies and sensitivities. Check ingredients and do not use if you know you are sensitive to them.
• Check with your health professional or a certified aromatherapist before use during pregnancy or on babies and children, and use extra care around pets.
• Use fragrance oils only as directed on the product page, and never in products they are not made for, such as toothpaste or food.

5.Incense, sacred mists and burning products

• Burn incense in a well-ventilated space on a stable, heat-proof holder, away from curtains, paper and anything flammable.
• Never leave burning incense or open flames unattended, and keep them away from children and pets.
• Smoke and fragrance can bother people with asthma, allergies or respiratory sensitivity. Stop use if you feel discomfort, and do not use around babies.
• Extinguish fully before leaving the room or going to sleep.
• Mists are for aroma use only. Do not spray into eyes or on people with sensitivities, and test on a hidden area of fabric first.

6.Inspired fragrances and trademarks

Some of our fragrance oils are inspired by well-known scent styles. We create them with similar notes, and they are not identical to any original fragrance. Product names are used for identification only and do not imply any link to, or endorsement by, any designer, brand or trademark holder. All trademarks belong to their owners.

7.Using our products in your own creations

If you use our oils to make your own products, such as candles, soaps or sprays, you are responsible for testing them for safety, following all applicable laws and regulations, and following the usage guidance for each product.
