Loyalty Program Terms
These terms apply to the Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness loyalty program (the "Program"). They are part of our Terms of Service. By joining or taking part, you agree to them.

1.Joining
The Program is open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory and who have a valid email address. One account per person. We may refuse or end membership at any time where we suspect misuse.
2.Points and rewards
Points and rewards are earned and used as described on our loyalty page and in your account. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, combined with other members' points or exchanged for cash, and are not property of the member. Rewards may be limited by product, quantity or time, and may exclude sale items, gift items, custom or pre-order items and some products.
3.Expiry and changes
We may set expiry dates for points or rewards, and may change, suspend or end the Program, its rules, point values or rewards at any time, with notice posted on our website or sent by email where required by law. Points or rewards earned before a change will be treated as stated in that notice.
4.Returns and cancellations
If an order is cancelled, refunded or exchanged, the points earned on it may be removed, and points or rewards used on it may not be restored except at our discretion or where required by law.
5.Misuse and fraud
We may cancel points, rewards, discounts and accounts, and refuse orders, if we reasonably believe the Program is being misused, including creating false or duplicate accounts, abusing promotions, or fraud. Our decisions on Program matters are final, to the extent permitted by law.
6.Privacy
We collect and use Program information as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask to leave the Program at any time by emailing info@bathalascents.ca, and unused points are then forfeited.
7.Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, Bathala is not liable for lost or unusable points or rewards caused by technical problems or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
