  1. The Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness is operated by Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness Ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Program is only valid within Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness – Kildonan Place and other participating community markets in Canada attended by Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness team.
  3. No cash refund policy, No exchange once the product is opened and used by the buyer.

How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  1. All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness Shop and other participating community markets (Farmer’s Market, Bazaar, Fair etc).
  2. Upon purchase of any item, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded per item purchased. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.
  3. Only valid Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness stamps will be accepted. No other forms of Loyalty Points (hole punch, invalid stamps) will be deemed valid.
  4. Once completed all the stamps, please return your card to our shop or booth in other participating community markets to get a new loyalty card.

How do I redeem my Rewards and How can I join the raffle promotion once I completed all the stamps?

  1. In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale or other participating community markets of Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness.

 

  1. A full Loyalty Card may only be redeemed for (1) one 10ml Fragrance oil any scents can be redeemed for free (except Bathala Luxury Hotel Scents Oil and  Bathala 100% Essential Oils). No other  Items can be redeemed. No other Loyalty Card may be used in conjunction. Customers can choose any Free bracelet worth $17.99. All must complete the 10 stamps to get free fragrance oil and 10 stamps for Free Bracelet.
  2. The Loyalty Cardholder is eligible to redeem a one (1) 10ml Fragrance oil any scents can be redeemed for free (except  Bathala Luxury Hotel Scents Oil and  Bathala 100% Essential Oils) and Free Bracelet for $17.99 upon completing the whole 10 stamps for Fragrance and Jewelleries.
  3. Our Loyalty Program is not convertible to cash.

Additional Information

  1. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
  2. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
  4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://bathalascents.com/
  6. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://bathalascents.com/. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  7. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Canada and are governed by the appropriate laws.

Can I write for someone else?

Yes! You can write for yourself or another person. Just note the name on the card.

Do I have to attend the Full Moon to participate?

No. Cards placed in the Bathala Box and email will be included in the ritual even if you cannot attend.

 Is this a religious activity?

No. This practice is completely non-religious. It is about sending positive energy through intentions. Anyone can participate, regardless of faith.

Will my wishes or intentions be answered?

Manifestation is about focusing your energy and intentions. While outcomes cannot be guaranteed, sending your wishes with clarity and love helps align you with possibilities. The Full Moon ritual supports releasing and amplifying your intentions.

Who will perform the ceremony?

Our Founder, who is a certified Reiki and energy practitioner, will conduct the ceremony during the Full Moon, ensuring that all intentions are lifted and sent as pure energy into the universe.

How will I know if my intention has been sent?

Follow our social media page @bathalascents. There you’ll see the Full Moon dates and updates when the cards are ceremonially burned.

 Can I write vague wishes like “I want to be happy”?

It’s best to write and type your intentions clearly and positively. Focused intentions carry stronger energy.

Why is the Full Moon used for the ceremony?

The Full Moon symbolizes completion, release, and heightened energy. Performing the ritual during this time helps amplify the energy of intentions, sending them out with more focus and positivity.
