Bathala Lucky Scratch Moments - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

· For every $20 purchase of any Bathala products (before tax), customers will receive 1 scratch card. For example, a $120 purchase (before tax) will earn 6 scratch cards.
· The promotion is available at all Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness store locations: Kildonan Place Mall, St Vital Centre, Outlet Collection Winnipeg and CF Polo Park.
· Purchases must be made in a single transaction to qualify for the corresponding number of scratch cards.
· This offer applies to qualifying purchases of Bathala products only and is not valid for gift cards, taxes, or shipping charges.

Offer Period:

· This offer is valid while scratch card supplies last.
· Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
· The promotion may be suspended or discontinued due to stock limitations, system errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Prize Restrictions:

· Prizes associated with the scratch cards cannot be converted to cash, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances.
· All prizes are subject to availability, and Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value, if necessary.
· The promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers. Scratch card prizes cannot be combined with other special offers or promotional discounts.

Used Scratch Cards:

· Used scratch cards will be collected by Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness staff after the prize has been redeemed.
· The date, location, and receipt number of each used scratch card will be recorded for verification purposes and to prevent fraudulent use.
· Once collected, used scratch cards are not eligible for re-use or re-scan.

General Terms:

· This promotion is open to customers making eligible purchases at Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness locations.
· Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
· By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
· Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged scratch cards.
