How it works
Four simple steps
Get your free card
Every customer is entitled to a free loyalty card. Collect yours at our shop or at participating community markets such as farmers' markets, bazaars and fairs.
Collect stamps
Present your valid card when you buy and receive one stamp for each item purchased. Stamps cannot be added for earlier purchases.
Complete your card
Fill all 10 stamps. Only valid Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness stamps are accepted.
Redeem and start again
Show your completed card at our shop or booth to redeem, then collect a new card.

Free fragrance oil
Complete 10 stamps for one 10ml fragrance oil in any scent, except Bathala Luxury Hotel Scents Oil and Bathala 100% Essential Oils.
Free bracelet
Complete 10 stamps for the jewellery reward and choose any bracelet worth $17.99.
No other items can be redeemed. Only one loyalty card may be used at a time, and rewards are not convertible to cash.

Terms and conditions
About the program
- The Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness is operated by Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness Ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- The Program is only valid within Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness – Kildonan Place and other participating community markets in Canada attended by the Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness team.
- No cash refund policy. No exchange once the product is opened and used by the buyer.
Joining and collecting stamps
- All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To join our free Loyalty Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from the Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness shop and other participating community markets (Farmer's Market, Bazaar, Fair etc).
- Upon purchase of any item, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded per item purchased. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.
- Only valid Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness stamps will be accepted. No other forms of loyalty points (hole punch, invalid stamps) will be deemed valid.
- Once all the stamps are completed, please return your card to our shop or booth in other participating community markets to get a new loyalty card.
Redeeming your rewards
- In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale or other participating community markets of Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness.
- A full Loyalty Card may only be redeemed for one (1) 10ml fragrance oil, any scent, for free (except Bathala Luxury Hotel Scents Oil and Bathala 100% Essential Oils). No other items can be redeemed. No other Loyalty Card may be used in conjunction. Customers can choose any free bracelet worth $17.99. All must complete the 10 stamps to get the free fragrance oil and 10 stamps for the free bracelet.
- The Loyalty Cardholder is eligible to redeem one (1) 10ml fragrance oil, any scent, for free (except Bathala Luxury Hotel Scents Oil and Bathala 100% Essential Oils) and a free bracelet worth $17.99 upon completing the whole 10 stamps for fragrance and jewellery.
- Our Loyalty Program is not convertible to cash.
Additional information
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
- Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty Card to anyone else.
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://bathalascents.ca/
- We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://bathalascents.ca/. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Canada and are governed by the appropriate laws.
