Shipping costs

Standard ground shipping is free on orders over $100 (before taxes). For other orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders are shipped within 6-12 business days of purchase.
• Made-to-measure, customized and pre-order items take longer. Timelines are shown on the product page or confirmed with you.
• We will email you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is on its way.

All times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes and events outside our control can affect delivery.

Your delivery address

Please check your name, address, postal code and phone number carefully before you pay. We ship to the address on your order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for delays, returned parcels or extra shipping costs, and re-shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. Once your order has shipped, we cannot always change the address.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, incorrect, missing items or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@bathalascents.ca within 7 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date) with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. We may need the carrier's confirmation before a replacement or refund is issued.

Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for parcels that are stolen or taken after delivery. Please arrange for someone to receive your parcel, or contact us before shipping if you need special delivery arrangements.
