1.Eligibility

Open to residents of Canada, outside Quebec unless the specific rules say otherwise, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. Bathala's owners, employees and their immediate families, and anyone connected to running the promotion, are not eligible.

2.No purchase necessary

Unless stated otherwise, no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying does not improve your chances. Instructions for a free way to enter will be included with each promotion.

3.Skill-testing question

Winners of contests of chance must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.

4.Odds and selection

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners are selected at random on the date stated in the promotion and contacted using the details they provided. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the time stated, we may choose another winner.

5.Prizes

Prizes are as described in the promotion, have no cash value unless stated, and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes or costs of accepting the prize.

6.Use of name and photo

By accepting a prize, winners agree that we may use their first name and city, and photos they provide, in announcements, unless they tell us in writing that they do not agree.

7.Conduct and disqualification

We may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules, uses false information, tampers with the promotion or acts abusively. We may cancel, change or suspend a promotion if it cannot run as planned because of technical problems, fraud or events outside our control.

8.Social media

Promotions on social media are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest, and entrants release those platforms from any responsibility. Questions and comments should be sent to Bathala, not the platform.

9.Liability and privacy

To the extent permitted by law, Bathala is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, technical failures, or any harm arising from taking part in or accepting a prize. Personal information is used only to run the promotion, as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under applicable law.

10.Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
