Cancellation policy

Pre-Order, Partial Payment and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to pre-orders, made-to-measure and customized items, and orders paid in more than one payment (such as a deposit or partial payment) at Bathala Scents and Natural Wellness. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are made or restocked after you order. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page or confirmed with you and are estimates only, not guaranteed dates.
  • If there is a delay, we will update you by email. Delays caused by suppliers, carriers or events outside our control do not make us liable for loss or damages.
  • Pre-order items are shipped when ready. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once everything is ready, or separately.

Partial Payments and Deposits

  • If you choose a partial payment or deposit, the amount due now and the balance due later are shown at checkout. By completing checkout, you agree to pay the remaining balance by the due date shown.
  • If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may cancel the order. Amounts already paid may be kept to cover work already done and costs we incurred, to the extent permitted by law, and the remainder, if any, will be refunded.
  • Your order will not be shipped until the full amount has been paid.

Cancelling an Order

  • To request a cancellation, email info@bathalascents.ca as soon as possible with your order number.
  • If we have not yet started preparing or making your order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid to your original payment method.
  • Made-to-measure and customized items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once production has started, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please see our Refund Policy for exchanges.
  • We may cancel an order, for example because of a stock, pricing or supply issue or suspected fraud. If we do, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
